Brightrack was born out of years of discussions around offices, conference rooms and kitchen tables of family businesses.  Our story is still being written, but today's version is based on the understanding of how difficult the conversation around family business succession can be, never mind the actual implementation of a transition plan.

We want to help.  The first step in the journey is bringing clarity to the challenges and needs of developing the successor or successors in these family businesses.  And that is the genesis of "The Future Leader - A Successor's Guide to Family Business Leadership"

Patti Durand is the author, and her experiences over the past 10 years have powered this amazing book, which has been called "foundational and game changing work".
